Director Britton will address the 340B Coalition Summer Conference following the State of 340B address by 340B Health President and CEO Maureen Testoni. Britton heads up HRSA’s OPA, which oversees 340B. She has significant experience with 340B, drug pricing issues, health policy, access to care issues, safety-net programs, and HRSA’s federal and external partners. Prior to heading up OPA, she served for eight years as a senior advisor to the office and had roles with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), HRSA’s Office of Legislation, and the White House Office of National AIDS Policy as part of the Domestic Policy Council.

Maureen Testoni is the President and CEO of 340B Health, a nonprofit organization of more than 1,600 hospitals and health systems participating in the federal 340B drug pricing program. She is a national expert on all aspects of the 340B program, a frequent speaker at national conferences, and an author of numerous publications. She is a leader in the efforts to protect the 340B program and ensure transparency and accountability for drug manufacturers participating in the program. She works with Congress and the executive branch to provide expert counsel on matters related to 340B. In 2018, Modern Healthcare named her as one of the “100 Most Influential People in Healthcare.”
