The meeting will be held at the Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center from July 13-15, 2026. A discounted block of sleeping rooms has been reserved for attendees and exhibitors at the Gaylord National Hotel. Standing on the banks of the Potomac River, the Gaylord National Hotel & Convention Center welcomes guests to a premier location only minutes from local attractions like the Capital Wheel, MGM National Harbor, Tanger Outlets, and all of the museums and attractions that Washington, DC has to offer. With a 19-story indoor garden atrium, family-friendly activities, and easy access to everything in National Harbor, there’s something for the entire family to enjoy.

D.C. Sightseeing Shuttle

The 340B Coalition will run complimentary shuttle busses on a loop daily to bring guests and their families to the National Mall to enjoy the sites! For more information on what to do in and around National Harbor and Washington, DC, click here. 

The shuttle will operate between the Gaylord National Hotel and the National Museum of Natural History (pickup/drop off on Madison Dr NW) on the National Mall. Shuttles will depart every 30-45 minutes on the following schedule:

Sunday, July 12 - 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Monday, July 13 - 10:00 am - 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Tuesday, July 14 - 10:00 am - 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm

ATTENDEE HOUSING POLICY/RESERVATION INFO - PLEASE READ

All hotel reservations must be booked using our special reservations link in order to get the reduced rates listed above. Room reservations made through third-party travel agents/sites will not be eligible for the reduced rates. Details on how to make your reservations will be emailed to you after you have completed your conference registration. The following terms apply to all reservations:

• A confirmed conference registration must be made prior to making your hotel reservations. Please don't share the reservation link with others as reservations not supported by a conference registration may be cancelled without notice. Only one room per attendee can be booked.
• A valid credit card must be provided at the time the reservation is made.
• Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance of arrival.
• IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT HOUSING. The 340B Coalition Conference does not work with third party housing vendors to assist with hotel reservations. Please disregard any requests or information you receive regarding an existing reservation, or to make a new reservation, unless it is directly from 340B Health or the Gaylord National Hotel.
