WASHINGTON, D.C. SIGHTSEEING SHUTTLE

Traveling with family?  The 340B Coalition will run complimentary shuttle buses on a loop daily to bring attendees and their families to the National Mall to enjoy the sights! The shuttle will operate between the Gaylord National Hotel and the following locations with shuttles departing every 30-45 minutes on the following schedule:

Note: Shuttle buses will pickup/drop off from the Gaylord Bus Loop, located outside the hotel exit from the Maryland Ballroom foyer. Shuttles will have “340B Coalition” in the front window.

PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS

The pre-conference workshops will be held on Monday, July 13. Options include:  Professional Development Workshop or Audits. See the agenda for details. To add a workshop to an existing registration, contact events@340bhealth.org or visit the onsite registration desk. Please note there is an additional cost to attend the workshops and registration is required for all attendees.

Please Note: If you are not attending a pre-conference workshop, the main conference sessions start at 1 p.m. on Monday, July 13. The exhibit hall will be open to all attendees on Monday from 9:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.

NAME BADGES & SESSION RESTRICTIONS

Name badges must be worn at all times. Your badge is your admission pass for all meeting sessions, the exhibit hall, and all meal functions you are registered for.

Sessions indicating a group number on the agenda are limited to the respective covered entity, industry or pharmacy/pharmacy service groups. Session restrictions are strictly enforced. **Note: You must have a badge to enter all educational sessions, the Exhibit Hall, and all meal functions so please be sure to always have your badge with you. Do not lose your name badge! Free reprints of your name badge are not allowed. If you lose your badge and need to reprint it, the following fees will apply depending on your registration category:

  • Government/Nonprofit Health Care Providers: $645

REGISTRATION & HELP DESK

The registration area and conference help desk will be located in the Convention Center Pre-Function area on the Ballroom level (2nd floor). Paid pre-registered attendees should proceed to the Badge Check-in area where staff will assist you in printing your badge.

If you have a balance due, need to make any changes to your registration, or are registering onsite, please skip the pre-registered kiosks line and visit us at the onsite registration desk so we can assist you. Onsite registration lines can be long so we encourage you to come early. See below for registration hours.

To download the app, click here from your mobile device or search for “340B Pulse” in the Apple App Store or Google Play. While you can use the app if you are not logged in, logging in unlocks features such as connecting with other attendees, asking questions during sessions, viewing handouts, and saving notes. Log in to the app using the same credentials you used to register for the conference.

If you prefer to work from a computer, or use a web-based mobile app, please check out Hub & Space (login required), which is a scaled down version of the mobile app. You can use Hub & Space to customize your agenda, view speakers, bios and session handouts, locate exhibitors, connect with attendees and complete session evaluation surveys.

Please Note: If you already have the app downloaded, please go to the app store and check for updates. Additional changes to content within the app will continue to be made up to and throughout the event and will sync automatically to the app.

Lead Retrieval
Exhibitors, don't forget you get free lead retrieval through our mobile app. Use the lead retrieval to record attendees you have talked with and save notes on your conversations. Instructions: To access this feature, first you must log in to the app, then open the event, and click on the Lead Retrieval icon on the dashboard. Once in the QR scanner, click Scan Code to scan the QR code at the bottom of attendees' badges, or select Enter Code and enter the number below the bar code. You can view your scanned leads at any time by going to the QR scanner and clicking on the View Scanned Leads button. A list of all scanned leads will also be emailed to you.

NEW: DIGITAL Q&A OPTION

We are excited to offer a new way to ask questions during sessions using the 340B Pulse mobile app. In addition to asking questions at the microphone, you will now also be able to submit your questions digitally using the Q&A option in the session description for each session (log in required and you must be eligible to attend the session based on session restrictions in order to ask a question).

Note: The + (plus) button allowing you to create a question in the Q&A module will only be available during the time of the session.

SPEAKER PRESENTATIONS

Presentations are available in the session pages of the 340B Pulse mobile app and the mobile app’s companion website, Hub & Space (login required). Attendees can download/view and/or print the presentations for the sessions they plan to attend (stakeholder group restrictions apply). Note: Not all sessions use PowerPoint presentations. If there are no handouts posted, the speakers either didn't use a PowerPoint presentation or we were asked not to distribute it.

The 340B Coalition Summer Conference '26 ACPE credit is jointly provided by the South Carolina Pharmacy Association (SCPhA) and 340B Health. The South Carolina Pharmacy Association is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.

Pharmacy Continuing Education
SCPhA designates this continuing education activity for 14.75 contact hour(s) (12.5 CEUs) of the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education.


ACHE Credits:

By attending the 2026 340B Coalition Summer Conference offered by 340B Health, participants may earn up to 13.5 ACHE Qualified Education hours toward initial certification or recertification of the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) designation. Attendees must self-report the sessions, dates, and times directly to ACHE for credit.


New: HFMA Credits:

340B Coalition Conference sessions, up to 14.75 hours, are eligible for continuing education credit toward the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) certification maintenance requirements for active CHFPs and Fellows when self-reported. These sessions — found in the HFMA Booklet — are approved by HFMA for CHFP or FHFMA certification maintenance. For more information on HFMA certification maintenance and instructions for CHFPs or Fellows to self-report activities, visit: http://www.hfma.org/maintain.

CPAs:

If you wish to use sessions from the 340B Coalition Conference that are not NASBA-accredited CPE toward your CPA license requirements, you will need to submit the program details directly to your state’s Board of Accountancy for review and determination (Boards of Accountancy | NASBA).

Want to get the most out of your 340B Coalition Conference experience? Don't miss the conference primer from 5 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 12 in the Chesapeake 4-6 room. Attendees will hear what is new at the conference, receive a hands-on tutorial of the conference app, and leave this short program with a better understanding of everything the conference has to offer.  Whether this is your first or 30th Coalition Conference, everyone can benefit from the conference tips in this session.

CHARITY FUN RUN & WALK

Join us on Wednesday morning from 6:45 a.m. - 7:30 a.m. for our Annual Charity Fun Run & Walk. Check-in begins at 6:30 a.m. at the conference registration desk in the Convention Center Pre-Function area. This 1.5-mile round-trip fun run/walk along the Potomac River is designed for all fitness levels. The Coalition will be donating all proceeds collected from sponsorship and registration fees from the Fun Run/Walk to this summer's charity partner, Coalition for the Homeless. If you have not yet registered for the walk, you can still do so onsite or by contacting events@340bhealth.org. Thank you to our generous sponsors.
